Henan Jinggang Noodle Cutting Tools Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Henan Jinggang) is a professional manufacturer engaged in the R&D and production of cutting tools for various products including dried noodles, instant noodles, rice noodles, vermicelli, kelp, starch noodles, tofu shreds, and pork rind. After more than 40 years of development, we have become a domestic enterprise with relatively large scale, complete product range, and advanced production processes, equipment, and technology. We offers a diverse range of products with comprehensive specifications, including roller lengths ranging from Model 200 to Model 1800, and thickness specifications varying from 0.8mm to 100mm. Our product line now includes multiple varieties: round blades, square blades, semi-circular blades, oval blades, Hui-style noodle blades, knife-cut noodle blades, scalloped-edge blades, pasta leaf blades, creasing blades, rice crust blades, non-stick rice noodle blades, and triple-combination blades, among other specialty cutting tools. Our cutting tools feature smooth rotation, compact structure, durable construction, easy maintenance, and safe/reliable operation. The produced strips are smooth in texture, boil-resistant, pleasantly chewy, and highly elastic. The produced instant noodles additionally have oil-saving features.
To meet market demands and enhance product quality, our company has employed advanced CNC machining equipment, specifically ensuring precision processing for large cutting tools above Model 650. Its processing capacity ranks first in the industry. Special tools can be produced based on customer-supplied drawings or physical samples. Our company currently has more than 6,000 customers, with products reaching domestic and international markets. We have exported our products to the USA, Japan, Canada, Russia, the Czech Republic, Bangladesh, India and other countries. We have established long-term partnerships with leading domestic production equipment manufacturers. We are also the designated supplier for noodle machine manufacturing bases across multiple provinces, including Henan, Hebei, Sichuan, Chongqing, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Shandong, Guangdong, Guangxi, and Fujian.
